The Right Kind of Pride: A Chronicle of Cancer Survivorship.

After 15 years of caregiving for his late wife, Christopher compiled a series of blogs provided to a large caregiving community. To these, he added a prologue and epilogue about the couple’s life, all while communicating the values of Character, Caregiving, and Community. As a public speaker on issues of caregiving, Christopher invites audiences to learn about their own capacity for caregiving and how to go about it. His talks include discussions of managing personalities and relationships, how to leverage caregiving resources and technology, and the importance of community at all levels of caregiving.

His talks are ideal for organizations and companies seeking “hands-on” education for associates. In the process, Chris relates how these interpersonal skills relate closely to organizational management, motivation, and culture.

His compelling book The Right Kind of Pride is available on Amazon.com. To contact the author and speaker, connect at cudworthfix@gmail.com or 630.621.8520.

The Genesis Fix: A Repair Manual for Faith in the Modern Age

From 2000-2007, Christopher conducted Master’s Level research on the impact of biblical literalism on politics, culture and the environment. His book The Genesis Fix documented the many ways Christian fundamentalism spreads misinformation across societies. The book was self-published in an edition of 250 copies, with few remaining. The author was contacted following publication by a Professor of Religion at Luther College, Dr. Richard Simon Hanson. The two collaborated on a new book titled Honest-To-Goodness, Helping Christianity Find Its True Place in the World scheduled for publication in 2022. The book accurately predicted the rise of right-wing religiosity as a toxic influence in American politics and culture.
